DUT Boards for Curve Trace Test Systems

RTI’s Octopogo™ DUT Board

RTI builds a wide range of DUT boards and daughter cards supporting the MT Century, MultiTrace, and MegaTrace test systems. The DUT boards and daughter cards are a test solution to reduce cost and time needed to produce a PCB. The DUT board is set to specific configurations while the daughter card is designed for various packages and is docked on top of the DUT board.

These DUT board solutions are based on the available test fixtures for each curve trace model.

The MT Century uses two simplified cable-only interface systems: Yamaichi cables and Native cables. Both connect directly to your DUT board. The Yamaichi cables support devices up to 100-pin count. The native cables support 54 active pins with a standard 60-pin ribbon cable. Click the link below to find out more.

The MultiTrace uses one of two standard fixture boxes that support a variety of DUT boards: side by side PGA, programming adapters, Octopogo™, and other formats. Depending on the fixture box you choose, DUT boards and compatibility vary. Click the link below to find out more.
